Daily Meditation

The routine to follow for daily practice of sadhna is broken up into the morning sadhna and the evening sadhna as Babaji's has described during the Shivir.

MORNING
  1. Begin with Swadhyay - advisable to use the Swadhyay book or CD
    • Guru Khand
    • Shakti Khand
    • Laxmi Khand
    • Eleven (11) repetitions of Maha Mrutyunjay Mantra
    • Sankirtan of your own choice
  2. Sadhna - sadhaks who have completed course 1 & 2 (Siddha Dhyan & Shambhavi Dhyan)
    • Invocation
    • Chakra meditation
  3. Sadhaks who have completed up to course 3 (Shri Vidya Dhyan)
    • Invocation
    • Chakra meditation (with Sun - Lord Surya Narayan)

EVENING
  1. Sankirtan of choice
  2. Invocation
  3. Chakra meditation (Shri Vidya sadhaks - with Meru or Shri Yantra)
